Hakka Stir-fry - Moonlynn Tsai (Kopitiam)
Moonlynn Tsai is probably best known as the co-owner of Kopitiam, the award-winning Malaysian all-day cafe on Manhattan's LES. But Moonlynn is also a passionate community activist and organizer: she's the co-founder of  Heart of Dinner, an organization providing meal assistance for homebound elderly and underserved people in the Asian immigrant community living in New York. Since March, Heart of Dinner has partnered with community organizations and local restaurant teams to deliver over 12,000 meals (and counting) to seniors in need across Brooklyn and Queens. Read more on Heart of Dinner here, and click here to donate their continued efforts!
