She is a professional chef, food writer, speaker, culinary consultant, cookbook author and social entrepreneur that uses the intersection of food and art to explore social issues (such as her nonprofit's award-nominated immersive virtual reality dining series, Asian in America). 

Above all else, Jenny is passionate about sharing her love of food with others. Jenny will be cooking alongside you in real time, you will be able to ask her questions directly and get feedback on your food.

In this class, you will learn how to make an epic chicken dinner, inspired by Hakka cuisine. It is a genius recipe that results in an incredibly flavourful, juicy chicken, and is just plain fun to make! While the chicken is cooking, you will also make a quick pickle and a cocktail to enjoy with your dinner.
